IECERC-2021 is an opportunity for young researchers to present their research, discuss it with the scientific community, and promote the results of their research in education.

The languages of the conference – Russian and English.


Publication of collection materials

The best research will be published in the conference proceedings of the forum (indexed by the RSCI).

Requirements for the application

• The volume of the abstract is 500 words, not including the list of references. It is also necessary to provide a translation of the abstract and bibliography into English. The maximum number of authors is 4 people.

• The abstract should contain the following sections: research problem, research goal, research methods, conclusions and recommendations, keywords (5-7 words), links.

• Peer reviewers assess: clear designation of the purpose of the research, originality of the research, adherence to ethical standards, the relevance of the research to educational practice, policy or theory.

• Applications for participation in IECERC-2021 are accepted on the portal https://ifte.kpfu.ru/ from December 1, 2020.


Registration fee

Payment of the registration fee for participation in the forum is made after the acceptance of the abstracts.


The registration fee for participation in the Forum is 1200 rubles. for Russian and foreign participants.

The registration fee includes the conference collection (indexed in the RSCI), handouts, certificates of participants, a cultural program, coffee breaks, as well as the costs of creating and maintaining the Forum website, the Lomonosov platform and other IT services, editing services IECERC-2021.

March 1, 2021 – Deadline for registration and application submission

April 1, 2021 – Application acceptance results

April 10, 2021 – Deadline for payment of the registration fee

April 20, 2021 – Deadline for submitting an article for publication (in Russian and / or English)

May 10, 2021 – preparation of the Forum program
