Viktor Basiuk

Viktor Basiuk is a Doctor of Psychology, Academician of the Russian Academy of Education, Acting Vice-President of the Russian Academy of Education and Head of the Department of Psychology of Personal Development at the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology of the Moscow State Pedagogical University. Viktor Basiuk is a recognised expert in the field of educational process management, implementation of federal state standards of general education and organisation of general education content.

Victor Basiuk's scientific interests lie in the study of the psychology of personality development, including the study of the behaviour of delinquent adolescents and psychological support for children left without parental care, in the study of the issue of family dysfunction, parent-child relationships.

Victor Basiuk is the author of more than 120 publications, including 109 scientific articles in peer-reviewed scientific journals and publications included in RSCI and HAC, two monographs (2007, 2015) and fifteen teaching and training manuals.
