Zhou Chenghai, Professor at the Faculty of Education, Liaoning Normal University, holds a Ph.D. in Education and serves as a Doctoral Supervisor. He is an Executive Council Member of the 16th Council of the Comparative Education Branch of the Chinese Society of Education, and his research primarily focuses on comparative education and teacher education. He has published 10 monographs and textbooks and has authored more than 30 papers in CSSCI-indexed journals.
