Banu Mukhataevna Narbekova

Banu Mukhataevna Narbekova - Member of the Board, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs at the Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University, a national expert in higher education, and a PhD in history. Banu Mukhataevna has extensive experience in education and public administration, having held key leadership positions at the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

She is an active participant in the reform of Kazakhstan's higher education system, having contributed to the development of key legislative initiatives, including laws on the academic autonomy of universities, teacher status, and professional qualifications. She also participated in the development of the National Qualifications Framework and strategic documents in education.
