Shamil Sheymardanov

Shamil Sheymardanov is an Associate Professor and Vice-Director for Research at the Institute of Psychology and Education, Kazan Federal University. He holds a PhD in Education from the same university. His research expertise spans teacher education, research administration, gender equity in education, and educational management. Dr. Sheymardanov has extensive leadership experience in secondary and higher education, including roles as a school principal and head of professional development centres. He serves on the editorial boards of several international journals and conference committees, and has published widely on digital learning platforms, teacher development, and student resilience. In 2022, he received the "For Merit in Education" badge of the Republic of Tatarstan.
