Tao Deng

Tao Deng is a Professor at the Institute of Teacher Education, Faculty of Education, Northeast Normal University. He has long been engaged in research on pre-service teacher training and in-service professional development of teachers. He has published academic works such as "Theory and Practice of Teacher Professional Collaberation", and authored many papers on teacher education in academic journals. He has presided over two national-level research projects: "Research on Promotion Strategies for the Reform of Teacher Training Majors in Colleges and Universities under the Background of Professional Accreditation" and "Research on the Sustainable Mechanism for High-level Comprehensive Universities to Participate in Teacher Education under the Background of the 'National Excellent Program'". He also serves as a supervisor for doctoral students, master's students and international students majoring in teacher education at Northeast Normal University.
