
Wu Zhihui
Wu Zhihui is Vice-Rector of Northeast Normal University; Director of the China Institute of Rural Education Development, a Key Research Base for Humanities and Social Sciences designated by the Ministry of Education (China); Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at the Faculty of Education, Northeast Normal University.
He is a Distinguished Professor of the Changjiang Scholars Program (Ministry of Education, China) and has been selected for the National “Ten Thousand Talents Program” (Leading Talent in Philosophy and Social Sciences) and the National “New Century Talents Project.” He has also been recognized as a National Young and Middle-Aged Expert with Outstanding Contributions and a recipient of the Ministry of Education’s New Century Excellent Talents Program. His research focuses on rural education, education policy, and educational management, with significant academic influence in these fields.
