Yulia Ipatenkova

Yulia Ipatenkova is a Lecturer at the School of Foreign Languages, Northeast Normal University. She holds a PhD in Education and specializes in Russian-Chinese consecutive interpreting, simultaneous interpreting, and Russian literature. Her research interests include comparative education, teacher education, and regional studies, with particular attention to cross-national perspectives on educational development and teacher professionalization.
