Zhanseit Tuimebayev – Chairman of the Board - Rector of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, statesman of the Republic of Kazakhstan, diplomat, scholar, Doctor of Philology, professor, and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary.

Zhanseit Tuimebayev has extensive diplomatic and managerial experience. During his career, he served as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Russian Federation, the Republic of Turkey, and the Republic of Albania. From 2007 to 2010, he was the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He also served as Akim of the South Kazakhstan (2016–2018) and Turkestan (2018–2019) regions.
